Lady Deathwisper seems to be a "new version" of the old Gothik fight back in Naxxramas which i personlly didnt like, and Sarufang seems to be an other boss like Gormok from ToC or/and Thorim (phase 2) from Ulduar (when talking about the tanking dirty ofc) ...
This is what i can judge by watching the movies and reading tacts however.
